Mood Enhancement in the Dominican

A warm weather escape helps me get through the “LION” qualities of March. No really…not to have a mood altering experience when you are walking on thick Caribbean grass passing flowers like this…

Sitting in a comfortable chair listening to the waves crash for hours here….

Or here…

….or walking through a coconut grove with sand between your toes…WELL, it’s impossible.

And when each day comes to a close with a sunset like this….

You have to take the time to smile and be grateful!

Oh my yes, I’d certainly be smiling a extremely grateful to be on a beach anywhere! I love the shore and can hardly wait for a summer trek on one. Well, truth be told, I am sitting in the sunshine in my own back yard and I am smiling and grateful. But, destination does help sometimes!
